Sam Ruta is an AMAZING human and even better Realtor. My husband and I lived in the Seattle area and we were looking to purchase a home back here on the East Coast where he grew up.

We were working in Seattle and traveled East a few times looking around the area to try and decide the best location for us. Sam was always ready and available to show us the homes we were looking at from Seattle. We got to know each other over that time and Sam understood what we were looking for.

While back in Seattle, I noticed that a home we were previously interested in became available and I called Sam immediately. Sam informed me that they were having an open house for this property and that he would swing by and video chat with us so we could walk through the property with him.

Because Sam took the time to get to know us and our desires for a home, he understood exactly what we were looking for, and this particular house was it!!

We fell in love immediately, and told Sam that we wanted to make an offer. Unfortunately, for Sam, this happened to be on Super Bowl Sunday, a time for barbecues and celebrations. Sam took the time to write our proposal and with some timely back and forth conversations our offer was accepted and we got to purchase the home we loved.

Thanks to Sam, we have been in our home for 2 1/2 years and we are settling in to a wonderful community.

Salvatore (“Sam”) Ruta was our realtor about four years ago and even through the post Covid madness he was amazing in every way!!

He took the time to listen to and make a list of everything we wanted and didn’t want and researched the neighborhoods where we picked houses to look at, and he found the time to update us whether through a phone call or text message every step of the way.
